Automation FAQ
Questions before automating a workflow.
Simple answers about what can be automated, how tools fit together, what access is needed, and how to start without making the workflow too complicated.
What can be automated?
Forms, messages, lead routing, reminders, reports, file movement, task creation, alerts, follow-ups, spreadsheet updates, and repeated status checks.
Do I need to understand n8n, Zapier, Make, or Manychat?
No. You only need to explain what starts the task, what should happen next, and where the final information should go.
Can we start with one small workflow?
Yes. Starting with one repeated task is usually better than trying to automate everything at once.
What do you need from me?
The task steps, the apps involved, sample data, where the result should appear, and any tool access needed to connect the workflow.
Will the automation be tested?
Yes. A workflow should be tested with normal cases, missing information, duplicate submissions, and simple failure points before it is trusted.
Can automation break?
Yes, if a connected tool changes, access expires, or the input data changes. That is why simple structure and clear alerts matter.
